A Creamy Tale |

Sarah Reed, Berkshire Before I was confident to inform everyone that I have Usher, I was pretty independent (and still am now!) and whilst attending a buffet dance in London, I helped myself to a chicken and salad. It was simply delicious and I was ready for the dessert. I went to the buffet table again and looked at the selection of desserts. Needless to say there were many varieties - I decided on a fresh fruit salad and there was a bowl of cream nearby so I spooned a BIG dollop of it on the fresh fruit salad. I went back to my table, grinning with anticipation to taste the food which I did... UGH! I spat the whole contents out of my mouth in disgust. I had inadvertently spooned a BIG dollop of salad cream on my fresh fruit salad! Vividly scarred by this mistake, I always poke my finger discreetly into any suspicious or unmarked food item and taste it before I dollop it onto my food!
