Snooze Bomb! Charlie Turrell, Wiltshire One day at my old work I got tired, I decided it would be better for me to go into the toilet to have a secret nap as an excuse to avoid being woken up suddenly by my work colleagues. My old work was as a Computer Aided Draughting and Design Technician. During my “secret nap” in the toilet cubicle, I was unaware that there was a bomb alert happening. Everyone was evacuated from the office building but I was still in the loo still having a snooze! After everyone were hurriedly evacuated except for me and one of my colleagues who was the office’s Fire Officer was banging on the door trying to alert me, but to no avail because obviously I could not hear him! Eventually when I emerged, he grabbed me and quickly dragged me out of the building. I was very concerned because I did not have time to wash my hands! The bomb alert turned out to be a phone hoax by one of the anti-road campaigners. As you know having Usher, we get tired quite easily if we worked hard throughout the day. |
