Try & Buy Mobile Magnifier

It is strongly recommended that you try out Mobile Magnifier for free for 30 days before purchasing it to see how you feel. Your Mac & PC must have Bluetooth.


iTo download and install Mobile Magnifier, follow these steps below:

1. Download Mobile Magnifier and then follow Code Factory's download wizard and then download the software into your computer.

Don't forget to also download the installation / users guide documentation too.
  
2. Use the Bluetooth connectivity between your computer and the mobile to transfer the application. If this hasn't been enabled, please refer to your computer's manual for this.
  
3. Open the new message that contains the application (.sls). An installation wizard will automatically come up and follow the installation instructions.

If there is a security issue with your mobile, please email Code Factory for advice.
  
4. Mobile Magnifier folder will appear at the bottom of the Menu, open it and then click on Configure Mobile Magnifier (or Speak). You'll see Normal, Beginner and Advanced (in Symblan 9 only), but ignore them for now. Click on Options to bring up a menu and click on Registration. You will see your mobile's serial number on it. Make a note of that.
  
5. Then go to Free 30 Day Trial Licence and enter the serial number into the field to obtain the trial licence number.
  
6. Then enter it into the licence registration in your mobile (below the serial number). Once activated, you will have fully functional Mobile Magnifier for 30 days.
 
7. Then click on Normal then Customize (or Personalize) to open the Mobile Magnifier configuration window and choose your preferences and then away you go!
  
8. In Standby mode (and in Mobile Magnifier mode), do the Multimedia key double-click/press 3 to go straight to the configuration window to change your preferences.


NOTE: Downloading/installing Mobile Speak is slightly different because it has two applications that you need to install and also there are different languages, so recommend that you choose 'UK English Fonix' (the names on the list are just text-to-speech voice names) and you will need to transfer all three files that are in the folder to your mobile and install each one. Remember, Mobile Speak includes Magnifier. The Mobile Speak has four configuration windows, so after Normal > Customiize, hit the navigation right key to move to the fourth and last Magnifier window.


Happy with Mobile Magnifier?

If you're happy with Mobile Magnifier and want to purchase it, call Cragside on:

to purchase a full licence (give them the same serial number) which can either be emailed or faxed to you along with your receipt and you replace the trial licence number with the full licence number.

The same can be done for Mobile Speak too.

If you don't want the 30 day trial and opt to purchase immediately, Cragside can email you the software with the full licence for you to install the software and enter the number.



Unsure or don't have bluetooth enabled computer?

If you are unsure how to do this or that your computer doesn't have bluetooth, you can send your mobile handset to Cragside by registered post and they will install it for you for free but you will have to pay for the return postage. Discuss this with them.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you keep the full licence number safe!
